Douglas Steven Ebenstein serves as the president and CEO of Capital Commercial Properties. He leads the retail leasing development efforts throughout the Washington DC metropolitan Area.

Douglas Ebenstein earned a BA in economics from Brown University and a JD from Duke University School of Law. While at Brown, Doug competed on the varsity tennis team and ranked number one in singles and doubles during his final two years. Before attending law school, Doug played professionally in the ATP and achieved a world ranking of 300.

Ms. Ebenstein is responsible for numerous commercial properties on the east coast. She also manages company assets and oversees acquisitions and new development opportunities.

Ms. Ebenstein graduated from Emory University, cum laude, with a B.A. in Economics. While at Emory, she was active in Delta Phi Epsilon and played on the Emory club tennis team. Ms. Ebenstein graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, summa cum laude. While at law school she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review.

Lori Ebenstein joined Capital Commercial Properties as a Vice President at the beginning of 2020.

Prior to joining Capital Commercial Properties, Lori worked in digital strategy and product management within CVS Health. Lori brings with her a unique perspective on shaping customer experiences and generating data-driven insights.
